Can I return an order?

Yes you can and it is not a problem! Private consumers have a period of 30 days after receipt of the goods to revoke a purchase. KRC Genk needs to be notified of this in advance and in writing (fanshop@krcgenk.be). This period of 30 days starts from the home delivery of the goods. However, personalised or printed textiles cannot be returned. You can also use the official document 'right of withdrawal'

Exchanges are possible in the following cases:

Wrong or incorrect article? Notify our customer service within 30 days upon receipt.  We will take the necessary steps to correct this error as soon as possible. The shipment and delivery of the correct goods are on your own expense when outside of Belgium. However, personalised or printed textiles cannot be returned.  Articles in promotion (with discount) cannot be exchanged. 

Warning: a player can decide at any moment to change his number or the way his name is printed on the shirt. Shirts can not be exchanged if a player decides to change the print on his shirt. Especially during mercato period, it's possible that a player changes his shirt name/number. it's the buyers responsibility to order the shirt with name/number from the player he is using at the time of purchase.

• Use the provided return label for a free return (in Belgium, outside Belgium you need to arrange the return yourself).
• If KRC Genk approves your shipment, the new article, if available, is sent as soon as possible.
