What is the delivery period?

Taking into account the closing days on Sundays and Mondays and the Bpost pick-up times, the shipping schedule (within Belgium) is as follows:

Orders posted on:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (before 1 p.m.): shipment on Tuesday, delivery on Wednesday

Wednesday (before 1 p.m.): shipment on Wednesday, delivery on Thursday

Thursday (before 1 p.m.): shipment on Thursday, delivery on Friday

Friday (before 1 p.m.): shipment on Friday, delivery on Monday

Friday (after 1 p.m.), Saturday: shipment on Monday - delivery on Tuesday

Orders placed after 1 p.m. are processed the next working day

These times are informative and not binding.  Subject to stock, delays on peak periods, delays at Bpost.

Of course we do everything possible to process orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times in other countries depend on local handling and cannot be indicated.

Search for a Product

Select a product on the homepage or use the website navigation to search for products. At the top of the shop you will find a menu bar with the different product categories.  This menu bar allows you to do more targeted product searches. To view more information about a product, click the name of the product of your choice. On this page you will find (among others):

• a photograph of the product
• information about the product
• the price of the product

Placing an order

To order a product, click the “Add to shopping basket” button. The product and the number are added to your shopping basket. The shopping basket is part of our shop where you can keep the products you want to buy or save. Use the button in the top right-hand corner to go directly to your shopping basket and to pay. Then, follow the step by step purchase and payment process.
