EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Can I return/exchange an order?

Yes, you can, without any problem! As a private consumer, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods within which you can cancel your purchase. You must notify KRC Genk of this in advance in writing (fanshop@krcgenk.be). This 14-day period starts from the date of home delivery of the goods. Please note that personalised or printed textiles cannot be returned/exchanged. You can also use the official “right of withdrawal” document. To help you determine the size as accurately as possible, you can consult the Nike size chart (please note that the exchange conditions mentioned at the bottom of the Nike size chart page do not apply in the KRC Genk fan shop, only those mentioned on this page).

Returns/exchanges are possible in the following cases:

Damaged item? Notify our customer service within 14 days of receipt. We will do our utmost to rectify the error as quickly as possible. You will not be charged for the shipment and delivery of the correct goods. Please note that personalised or printed textiles cannot be exchanged/returned.

Please note: a player may decide at any time to change their shirt number or the spelling of their name. Shirts can never be exchanged/returned if it appears that a player has changed the printing on his shirt. This is particularly likely during the transfer period, when a player can of course be sold at any time. The choice of player name/number for shirt printing is final and is always the responsibility of the purchaser. (VI.53, 3° WER: goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly intended for a specific person (→ personalised or printed textiles).

· Fill in the return form that you received with your delivery.

· Use the return label provided for a free return shipment (within Belgium; outside Belgium, you must arrange the return shipment yourself).

· If KRC Genk approves your shipment, the new item will be sent as soon as possible, if in stock.
